About Us

The Peace Action and Rescue with Dedication to Serve the Society (PARDSS) is a non-governmental organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with a  Mission is to assist the PNP and other LGU’s in promoting Peace, Unity, Public Safety and Development in the Country. It's Vision is the commitment to attain peace, unity, public safety and development in the community, thru its God-fearing leaders and cooperative members aware of the sense of volunteerism and civic consciousness for good governance. The PARDSS objectives are: to develop thru Values Enhancement seminars and lectures a sense of Brotherhood of God-fearing public servants and members for the attainment of Good-governance and public safety; extend assistance to the Philippine National Police (PNP) and other law enforcement agencies in their anti-crime drive against all kinds of criminal activities that threaten and endanger the lives of the people in the society; mobilize nationwide Police Community Relation Network assistance from the national down to the LGUs level; undertake all legitimate necessary training programs from authorized personnel or institutions for the equipage of PARDSS officers and members in facilitating swift and smooth operation for the achievement of its purpose; coordinate and assist authorized Law Enforcement Agencies to rectify, counter check and monitor erring PNP Personnel; coordinate and partake in Medical and Dental Missions in the area of necessities; develop a sense of well being and awareness to every PARDSS officers and members in maintaining Peace, trained and equipped to Act and Rescue those who are in need with conscientious, Dedication to Serve the Community of the Society with Good-Governance and Public Safety.

     The  PARDSS Functions touches on its responsibility to monitor unscrupulous elements who are doing or committing illegal recruitment, illegal gambling, illegal fishing, robbery, corruption, theft, rape, smuggling, kidnapping, murder, drug abuse, child abuse and sexual harassment.

     On Administrative Policy, the following are strictly enforced and observed in the organization: 1.  That PARDSS member should be properly checked trained and oriented with all the rules and regulations of the organization; 2. ll officers and members of PARDSS should perform their duties and responsibilities with honor and respect; 3. All members must be proud to wear uniform during daily operations and activities. In case of negligence on his duty, the Board of Officers and Directors will have the sanction to give him/her any penalty; 4. No member shall be accepted if he/she has not undergone the briefing conducted by the Head of the Chapter; 5. All Members are required to attend the Seminar conducted by National Headquarters. Seminars such as: a. PARDSS ORIENTATION SEMINAR; e. Highway Patrol Group Rules;  b.  Human Rights and basic Miranda Doctrine; f. Basic Intelligence Seminar; c. Lecture and Actual Proper Arresting Seminar ;  g. Firing Orientation/Actual Firing; d. Investigation and Blotter Report Seminar; 6. No ID System. The Head of Chapter have the right to expel all inactive members by Letter of Expulsion; 7. All PARDSS officers should be appointed officially through letters; 8. For all city/municipality officers, they must submit their list of members/complete set of officers at least 30 members before given an appointment; 9. Head of Chapter must submit their monthly accomplishment report and Monthly Dues to the PARDSS National Office every Regular Meeting;10. Every Chapter must have their Monthly meeting for the purpose of monitoring active/inactive members, and to talk about their plans/activity for the month, and;11. All Officers must submit their yearly program of activities to the National Office.

      Other PARDSS Projects and Activities are the conduct of patrolling; Values formation; conduct mass feeding; conduct of traffic assistance; Identify potential addict/users; Blood Letting; Conduct anti-liquor and drug abuse; conduct Medical and Dental Missions, and; Relief Operations
